ORDER PROCESS
Are customized products eligible for return or exchange?
Due to the personalized nature of custom merchandise, all orders are final sale. Orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If one of our products ever fails to meet our high-quality standards, please contact Customer Support immediately with details about its age and use and we will do our best to make it right.
What decoration method are you used for custom shirts?
Our custom t-shirts are produced using a screen printing method. This method is cost-effective for mass production yet durable. This method supports printing with up to 3 colors per design. Your design will always be placed front-and-center on the front of the shirt, and you have the option to add your cast list to the back of the shirt for an additional fee of $2 per shirt.
What are the minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
The minimum order quantity is 24, but we do offer volume discounts for custom t-shirts. Check the product page for a breakdown on the volume discount pricing. The MOQ applies to one design. If you want to use multiple different designs, each design will need a minimum of 24 units in order to be printed.
NOTE: Due to the two merch types using two different print methods and processes, the minimum order quantity cannot be combined across dancewear and t-shirts.
How long will it take to receive my custom order?
Only in-stock items are available for customization (no future ship dates). Custom orders typically ship within 10-14 business days from order.
Will I be able to see a mockup before my order goes to print?
When creating your customized shirt through our online Studio Merch builder, you will see a mockup of your design on the garment before adding the product to your cart. We have a team of artwork specialists who will review your order to make sure everything's perfect before your order hits the press.
Can I redeem RevPoints on Studio Merch?
Yes! You can absolutely redeem RevPoints to pay for Studio Merch. Since the entire process is managed by us, you can use your rewards toward custom orders just like any other Revolution product.
How should I care for custom merch?
Keep your custom merch looking great by following these recommendations:
Washing
• Turn garment inside out
• Machine wash cold, gentle cycle
• Use mild detergent
• Wash with like colors
Drying
• Hang dry or lay flat
Ironing
• Do NOT iron directly on the design
Other Tips
• Do NOT use bleach or fabric softeners
• Do NOT dry clean

What are the artwork requirements?
Option 1: Upload Your Own Artwork
Have a logo or design ready to go? Upload it and you're ready to go.
For best results, submit a vector file (.AI, .EPS, .SVG), convert text to outlines, and use a transparent background.
Option 2: Customize a Pre-Built Template
Start with one of our modern, studio-approved designs and personalize it right in our online editor — update colors, swap text, make it unmistakably yours.
